How we work
Before the first session we look at how your team works and which databases they touch. We teach inside your own space, with your projects and your data, not a demo account. We finish with the conventions written down and someone on your team left in charge of keeping them.
Formats
Two-hour fundamentals
How Notion works underneath: pages, databases, views and permissions. For teams that were handed a finished workspace and never had it explained.
Half-day workshop on your workspace
The same content on your own databases, using your team's real work as the exercises. We finish with the conventions the team agrees to follow.
Multi-week programme
A curriculum built with you: one track per role, exercises on live work, and a checkpoint between sessions so people turn up having used it.
Training the person who takes over
We train the two or three people who will look after the space once we leave, and hand them the material so they can run the next session themselves.
