# Noxen Studio

> Notion Solutions Partner since 2022. Noxen Studio designs the Notion system a company actually runs on: we audit what exists, build the system, train the team and hand it over, then add integrations, automations and AI agents where they earn their place. Co-founded by Alejandra Cienfuegos and Daniel Somoza. Formerly Notionología, renamed in January 2025. Site in English, Spanish and French.

## Key facts

- Name: Noxen Studio, written "noxen studio" in the brand. Founded in March 2021 as Notionología, a site of free Notion templates in Spanish, and renamed Noxen Studio in January 2025.
- Founders: Alejandra Cienfuegos (operations and finance) and Daniel Somoza (AI and automations).
- Team: 10 people, among Notion consultants, operations experts, designers and software engineers. A global, distributed team working across EMEA, the US and LATAM. Registered office in Lyon, France.
- Eureka (formerly Produteka), our partner studio in Colombia, works with us on many projects: two brands, one team, which lets us take on larger and more ambitious projects. That is why our profile on Notion's partner directory is listed as noxen+produteka.
- Notion credential: Notion Solutions Partner since 2022, the equivalent of the former Notion Certified Consultant status. The individual certification behind it, Notion Service Specialist, is the badge shown in our site footer.

- Track record: 100+ projects since 2021, clients in 20 countries, 3,500+ students trained.
- Working languages: Spanish, English, French and Catalan, and Italian through a partner. The site is in English, Spanish and French.
- Client size: teams from about 15 people upward, with no upper limit. For enterprise-scale workspaces we coordinate with the client's Notion Account Manager.
- Pricing: there is no fixed price, because it depends on the service and on the scope we agree with each client. Projects range from US$1,000 to US$20,000+, the same range listed on our Notion partner directory profile, and most engagements fall between US$4,000 and US$8,000. We send a fixed proposal once the scope is closed, after a discovery call. The hourly rate on that profile (US$150) is a guide for coaching calls and small requests.
- Not a fit: teams under about 15 people whose processes fit in one head, anyone wanting a template rather than a system, and anyone who wants AI layered on top of a mess rather than after it is cleaned up.

## What we sell

Three engagements, described in full on the services page:

- **Restructure of your current Notion**: for teams already on Notion where it has grown into something nobody maintains. Audit database by database, rearchitect around the existing history, then give the space a named owner.
- **Implementation from scratch**: the data model, permissions and conventions designed before anything gets built, then the build itself, then training by role.
- **Migrations**: Monday.com, Pipedrive, Asana, Airtable, Excel and spreadsheets into Notion. The importer moves data; the work is rebuilding the automations, relations and habits that do not transfer.

On top of any of them: integrations, automations and AI agents scoped to the team, and a handover that ends with someone inside the company owning the system. After a first engagement, if the fit has been good, clients can continue with Notion Officer, our monthly retainer for ongoing support.

Training: company training (two-hour fundamentals, half-day workshops, multi-week programs) and mentorship for startup programs.
